Shipping Policy

At First In Threads, we work with a third-party print-on-demand provider (Printify) to create and ship our products directly to you. Below you’ll find information on how we handle fulfillment, shipping times, and other common questions.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Times

​

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping time depends on your location:

 

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

​

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Costs

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) in your order and your shipping address.

 

Tracking Information

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

 

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Multiple Packages

​

Because we work with multiple Printify partners, your items may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

Delays or Issues

​

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at firstinthreads@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

At First In Threads, all our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service (Printify). Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. However, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with your order!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

​

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.

 

To qualify:

 

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide a clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged item, incorrect print, wrong item received)

  • Email us at firstinthreads@gmail.com with your order number and photos

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

​

Wrong Address

​

If you entered the wrong shipping address, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Please double-check your info before placing an order.

 

If the item is returned to sender, we can usually reship it to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).

​

Lost Packages

​

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

 

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Then contact us—we may be able to file a claim or offer a replacement, depending on the situation

 

Returns

 

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

​

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design mistakes made by the buyer. Be sure to review our sizing guide before ordering.
